When you run into my arms,
We steal a perfect moment.

Let the monsters see you smile,
Let them see you smiling.

I will hold you tightly
When the hurting kicks in.

It’s amazing where I’m standing,
There’s a lot that we can give.

Life is beautiful, but it’s complicated,
we barely make it.
We don’t need to understand,
There are miracles, miracles.

When you run away from harm,
Will you run back into my arms,
Like you did when you were young?
Will you come back to me?

Stand where you are, we let all these moments pass us by.

This is ours just for a moment.
There’s a lot that we can give.

Mai made a stalker out of me.

I felt that I had to get to know her better.

Jacky was supposed to introduce us, the thing is, just when I was about to approach them she walked away.

I would deliberately foul to get a time-out just to check if she had texted back.

Maybe she didn’t
really want to meet me.

Maybe she didn’t really want to meet me.

Was I forcing the issue? Was it wrong to be so obvious with my intentions?

Doubts reverberated within my heart, but they wouldn’t be enough to stop me from meeting her.

There I was, calling frantically while driving along grove.

Somewhat trying to contain her smile; her cute eyes were gleaming.

Mai really has a way to make someone feel welcome.

This may sound passe but right there and then, I knew that I was hooked.

Not a single day passed since that night, when we would not be together during our free time.

Inaraw-araw ko sya.

It was just like finding a missing part of me.

Short as two weeks may seem, I was finding myself falling for her.

It was great to fall in love, but it was scary too.

It was too hard to keep to myself so I proposed for the first time and got turned down.

A few more days passed. I was starting to accept the fact that she would just be a friend.

8:00pm Septemeber 18, 2002

Then suddenly, conversation took an abrupt end.

She had something more to say but decided to keep it for later.

We found ourselves parked on the admin parking lot.

I was planning to introduce her to my housemates, but then, something kept us in the car.

Just when I was about to speak, a message came through my phone.

It said… “i luv u! and it was from her.

She had this naughty smile

that made me think that she was joking.

It’s obvious that she was not.
